Duties for the Master Technician include:
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems accurately and efficiently
  • Conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections and assessments
  • Ensuring high standards of vehicle quality and safety
  • Maintaining detailed service records for each vehicle
  • Assisting junior technicians and providing technical guidance
  • Keeping up to date with the latest manufacturer repair techniques and tools
Requirements for the Master Technician position:
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician or Senior Technician in a busy workshop
  • Strong technical knowledge across different vehicle makes and models
  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices within the workshop environment
