Main duties of the Service Technician role include:
  • Conducting vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently
  • Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained on each job
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of work carried out
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical advice when needed
  • Supporting the workshop team in achieving productivity targets
Requirements for the Service Technician role:
  • Minimum Level 2 NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points; DR10 or similar points are not acceptable
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; we are open to Technicians showing commitment and potential
  • MOT licence is advantageous but can be provided by the employer if not held
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team player attitude
