Service Manager Needed in Southport
  • Location: Southport
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (Saturdays on a rota basis)
  • Salary: Basic up to £40,000 per annum
  • OTE £55,000 – £60,000 (including bonus)
Our client, a well-established Main Dealership, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join their busy team. Key Responsibilities of the Service Manager:
  • Oversee all Service operations, including service and workshop teams
  • Manage daily workshop performance and ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty across all service departments
  • Develop staff through training, motivation, and clear performance management
  • Control department budgets and ensure commercial targets are achieved
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an Aftersales / Service Manager within a dealership environment
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage department budgets and KPIs
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant industry qualifications are advantageous
