Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Service Advisor will include:
  • Warmly welcoming customers and providing professional, friendly communication throughout their service visit
  • Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
  • Promoting additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
  • Scheduling vehicle appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Conducting pre-appointment customer calls to confirm bookings and address preliminary questions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within our management system
Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Proven experience in a similar Service Advisor or customer service role within the automotive industry
  • Ability to identify customer needs and upsell services effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Previous target-driven experience demonstrating achievement of sales or service goals
  • Valid UK driving licence is a must
