Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor Required in Burgess Hill
  • Monday to Friday only!
  • Basic Salary up to £30k

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bodyshop Service Advisor to join a well-established Bodyshop in Burgess Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to develop their career within a busy and customer-focused environment. The successful Service Advisor will play a key responsibility in delivering exceptional service to customers while liaising effectively with insurance companies and internal teams.

  • Full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm

Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Handle customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the end-to-end process of vehicle repairs, including booking in and providing updates to clients. 
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and external dealerships
  • Work closely with internal staff to ensure smooth repair workflow
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the bodyshop operations
  • Learn estimating and develop further within the Service Advisor position
Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or within a similar customer service role in the motor trade.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Able to handle challenging situations with resilience
  • Customer-focused attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Knowledge of bodyshop processes is advantageous but not essential, as long as the drive to learn is present
