- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
- OTE of approximately £32,000 including bonuses -£2,000 performance-based bonus
- 30 days holiday including bank holidays
- Office-based role with Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm

- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with technicians and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow

- Use dealership management systems to record and report warranty activities
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Warranty administration experience is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with dealership systems; experience with one link system is advantageous but full training will be provided
- Professional attitude and a passion for customer service
