  • Location: Luton
  • Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 + Uncapped Bonus 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:00pm
  • Manufacturer training and development 
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy main dealer service department in Luton. This is a customer-focused position where you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through the service process, keeping them informed of vehicle progress, and ensuring all work is authorised and completed to a high standard.

Your key duties as a Service Advisor will include:
  • Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle servicing or repair requirements
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop and ensuring accurate job card creation
  • Liaising with technicians and the workshop team regarding vehicle progress
  • Providing updates to customers and explaining any additional work required
  • Managing inbound calls, emails and service enquiries
Requirements needed for the Service Advisor role:
  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a main dealer or busy automotive service environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Confident using dealership management systems (experience with Pinnacle DMS would be advantageous)
  • Competent using Microsoft Office systems
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
