Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician with MOT testing skills seeking your next challenging opportunity? Our client is currently looking for a dedicated Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their dynamic team in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. Duties of the Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester:
  • Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on customer vehicles
  • Carry out MOT testing and retests efficiently and accurately
  • Perform basic vehicle care tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and tyre rotations
  • Test functionality of parts and systems and diagnose faults
  • Liaise with customers to explain repairs and technical issues clearly
  • Stay current with industry updates, technology, and technical advances
Requirements for the Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role:
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Valid and up-to-date MOT testing licence
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in motor vehicle maintenance
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester
  • Strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Enthusiastic with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
