Duties of the Senior ATA Estimator / VDA:
- Assessing vehicle damage accurately and efficiently to provide precise repair estimates
- Utilising Audatex and GT Motive to generate accurate valuations
- Communicating effectively with customers, insurers, and repair teams
- Ensuring repair estimates comply with company standards and audit procedures
- Managing multiple job assessments while maintaining high-quality standards
- Contributing to a positive team environment and upholding customer satisfaction
- Maintaining detailed and organised records of all assessments and communications
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an Estimator or VDA within the automotive repair industry
- ATA qualified or working towards ATA certification (Senior level preferred)
- Proficiency with Audatex and GT Motive estimating platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Live within 20 miles of Hayes, Greater London, for ease of travel
- Demonstrable commitment to quality and customer service
