Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a well-established workshop in Exeter? We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to join a reputable team. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians at all levels to work in a professional environment with a competitive salary package and clear career progression prospects. Benefits of the Vehicle Technician vacancy:

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £37,000 depending on experience
  • OTE up to £42,000 with achievable bonuses
  • No weekend work, standard Monday to Friday hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Team bonus scheme offering up to £1,200 per month based on performance

Duties of the Vehicle Technician vacancy:

  • Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing efficiently to a high standard
  • Ensure all work is completed within manufacturer guidelines and company standards
  • Accurately record work carried out and advise customers on required repairs or future servicing
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment
  • Work closely with team members to meet workshop targets and customer satisfaction goals
Candidate requirements: 

  • Level three qualified vehicle technician with at least a couple of years of workshop experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Organised and able to work independently and as part of a team
