We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to join a leading automotive centre in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a vital operational leadership role within the motor trade sector, managing daily store activities, overseeing parts supply, and driving customer satisfaction.

Duties of the Centre Manager vacancy:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure efficiency and excellent service
Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and training as needed
Maintain inventory control and stock management to optimise availability and minimise costs
Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times
Implement company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Candidate requirements:

Proven experience in management or a similar role within the motor trade
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
A good understanding of current automotive systems and inventory management.
