- Proven experience as a Panel Technician or Panel Beater
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Good organisational skills and a positive attitude
- Experience with planning repairs and ordering parts is desirable but not essential
- Professional experience is the key requirement; qualifications are not essential
