Are you an experienced Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity in Braintree, Essex? Our client, a reputable dealership, is looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy service team. This is a fantastic chance to work within a well-established group offering a competitive salary and excellent earning potential.

Benefits of the Vehicle Technician role include:
  • Competitive basic salary of £29,500 
  • Outstanding earning potential with an OTE of up to £38,000 per year
  • Additional bonus opportunities including a £1,500 loyalty bonus and a £6,000 yearly bonus paid monthly
  • Average monthly bonus of £400, leading to an annual bonus potential of around £12,300
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
  • Saturdays on a rota basis, approximately every other week, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
Duties of the Vehicle Technician include:
  • Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction on every job
  • Working efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high service standards
  • Documenting and reporting accurately on work carried out
  • Maintaining industry and manufacturer technical knowledge to stay updated
Requirements for the Technician role:
  • Previous experience as a Technician in the motor trade
  • MOT Tester accreditation is essential
  • Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving licence
