Vehicle Technician Required for Car Dealership - Crawley 
Pay: £32,000 - £38,000 Basic + £50k Realistic OTE 
Hours: 42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota 

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to join a reputable dealership in Crawley? We are working on behalf of a well-established client seeking dedicated Vehicle Technicians to provide exceptional mechanical and diagnostic support within their busy service department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled technicians who want to utilise their technical expertise in a professional and supportive environment. The successful Vehicle Technician will benefit from a competitive salary, realistic earning potential and a varied workload.

Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary between £32,000 and £38,000 depending on experience
  • Realistic on-target earnings of up to £50,000 per year

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs
  • Service and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Effectively utilise diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Record all job details accurately in the service system
  • Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and work completed
Candidate spec

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Relevant UK automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
  • Good attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
