Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Advising customers on vehicle services and repairs in a professional manner
  • Booking service appointments and managing workshop schedules
  • Upselling additional services where appropriate
  • Liaising with workshop staff to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle history
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Friendly and loyal personality, with a commitment to long-term employment
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role preferred, but not essential, just somebody who is enthusiastic and ready to get into a customer based position
  • Good organisational skills and effective communication abilities
  • Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing demands
