This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MOT Tester to work in a well-established environment where your expertise is appreciated and rewarded. Our client is looking for a dedicated MOT Tester to start immediately and become a vital part of their busy workshop.

Benefits
  • Competitive basic salary ranging from £35,000 to £38,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 9am to 6pm with Saturday shifts from 9am to 4pm
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with increasing entitlement based on length of service

Duties
  • Carry out MOT testing and inspections in accordance with VOSA guidelines
  • Ensure all MOTs are completed accurately and efficiently to meet strict deadlines
  • Provide professional recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance when necessary
  • Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and compliance
  • Assist with general workshop duties as required
  • Support a cohesive and professional team environment
Candidate spec
  • Qualified MOT Tester with valid accreditation and experience in a busy workshop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent understanding of vehicle safety standards
  • Motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Flexible in working hours, with readiness to work on Saturdays when required
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop setting and deliver high-quality results
