We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and skilled Paint Sprayer to join a reputable company based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motor trade professional to work within a friendly yet professional environment, offering stability and room for career development.

  • Guaranteed 45 hours per week with potential overtime on Saturdays paid as additional hours

Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Applying primer, base coats, and clear finishes in line with project specifications
  • Preparing vehicles and surfaces prior to painting
  • Maintaining equipment to ensure consistent quality
  • Adhering to health and safety standards at all times
  • Recording work and completing necessary documentation accurately
  • Supporting team members as required to ensure project timelines are met
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within the automotive or related industries
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality work standards
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Reliability and commitment to your role
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
This role offers a highly rewarding working environment with excellent earnings potential. The successful candidate can expect an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of approximately £65,000 per annum, including overtime.
