As an EV Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to a variety of electric vehicles, contributing to a growing sector within the automotive industry. The position offers a competitive salary and ongoing manufacturer training to keep your skills sharp.
What's On Offer?
- £35,000 to £40,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Overtime opportunities increasing earning potential
- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm working pattern with optional overtime
- Manufacturer training provided to support your career development
- Modern workshop with 18 ramps and a team of skilled technicians
- Conduct diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on electric vehicles
- Work on a variety of hybrid and electric models with latest technologies
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all tasks
- Assist in training and development activities within the team
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Level 2 or Level 3 EV qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working as an EV Technician or in electric vehicle diagnostics
- Strong diagnostic skills with an understanding of hybrid and EV systems
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
