Vehicle Technician - Manchester 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join a reputable automotive team. Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
  • Carry out comprehensive vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks, including fluid changes and component replacements
  • Perform diagnostic assessments and warranty repairs efficiently and accurately
  • Complete digital job cards and detailed write-ups for all work undertaken
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
  • Adhere to safety standards and manufacturer procedures during all tasks
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Support team members and uphold high standards of quality and customer service
Requirements needed for the Vehicle Technician vacancy:
  • Recognised Level 3 qualification (such as IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic, with exposure to warranty work and routine servicing
  • Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of vehicle systems
  • MOT licence is highly desirable; full training can be provided if not currently qualified
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Eagerness to learn, develop, and progress within a manufacturer-supported training environment
