Automotive Service Advisor Required in Dartford, Kent for Family Run Car Dealership
  • Pay: Up to £31k Basic - £38k OTE 
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday no weekends!

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £31,000 per annum
  • OTE of £38,000 or more annually
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm, with no weekends required

Duties as a Service Advisor will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for service clients
  • Booking and scheduling service appointments efficiently
  • Advising customers on service and repair requirements while maintaining transparency
  • Completing relevant paperwork and electronic systems accurately
  • Upselling additional services and products to maximise workshop productivity
  • Liaising effectively with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements needed for the Service Advisor:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Service Advisor role or similar in the motor trade
  • Passionate about delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
  • Experience with Kerridge or main dealership management systems is preferable but not essential
  • Professional attitude with a genuine interest in the automotive industry
