Are you experienced in automotive parts sales and looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated Parts Telesales Executive to join their busy team based in the Heathrow area. This position offers a fantastic chance to utilise your customer service skills and automotive knowledge to support a dynamic Parts department and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Our Client is offering the successful Parts Telesales Executive:
  • £34,000 Salary OTE
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 5pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm 
  • 1 Saturday In 4 (8am - 12pm)
  • Commercial Vehicle Dealership Parts Department 
  • Automotive Parts / Telesales Experience Required
  • 23 Days Holiday + Birthday Off + Bank Holidays 
Duties of the Parts Telesales Executive:
  • Engaging proactively in outbound sales calls to both new and existing customers, promoting parts sales.
  • Identifying customer requirements and advising on suitable parts solutions
  • Managing the booking and tracking of incoming and outgoing parts
  • Locating parts out of stock and thinking creatively to source appropriate solutions
  • Processing payments and ensuring accurate billing of parts
  • Preparing, packaging, and shipping parts back to manufacturers as required
  • Preparing quotations and following up to maximise conversions
  • Working collaboratively with the Parts and Aftersales teams
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records on internal systems such as Autoline/Kerridge
Experienced Required:
  • Proven experience in parts sales, telesales, or similar customer-facing sales roles, ideally within automotive or commercial vehicle sectors.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Driven and proactive with a strong organised approach
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Good IT skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Keyloop/Kerridge or similar dealership management systems
