We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician Bury on behalf of a well-established, family-owned company that has been delivering exceptional customer service across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Yorkshire since 2003. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards, ensuring every vehicle leaves in optimal condition. This role offers a fantastic chance to develop your skills within a supportive environment where your expertise is valued.

- Competitive basic salary of up to £34,000 per annum
- OTE of up to £39,000 inclusive of a nearly £5,000 bonus package
- Work Monday to Friday. 1 in 3 Saturdays half days.

- Conduct vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Accurately complete repair and service records
- Analyse work orders to understand vehicle conditions and diagnostic accuracy
- Support company policies and industry best practices
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
