What You’ll Do As A Warranty Advisor:
  • Ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including training from current team members, to ensure seamless workflow
  • Organise and prioritise daily activities to handle warranties effectively, without being overwhelmed
Required Skills for this Warranty Advisor position:
  • Proven experience as a Warranty Advisor or in a similar position
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn and navigate technical systems quickly
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients
  • Previous experience working with automotive warranty systems
  • Knowledge of automotive industry processes
  • Customer service experience
Preferred Background for this Warranty Advisor position:
  • Prior experience in warranty management or administrative position within the automotive sector
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous
