Are you a Vehicle Technician looking for a mobile role with excellent pay and a great work-life balance? My client, a leading automotive company, is looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join their Leicester-based team.
This is not a roadside recovery role – you’ll be carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs at customers' homes or workplaces, with all appointments pre-booked.
What’s on Offer?
- Basic Salary: £40,170 (Option to increase to £44,500 through guaranteed overtime)
- OTE: £52,000 after bonuses (uncapped)
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday (1 in 4 Saturdays, with a weekday off when working Saturday)
- 40 hours, 5 days per week
- Overtime available at 1.5x hourly rate

- Carry out mobile servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
- Travel to customers’ homes or workplaces (no on-call work).
- Work from pre-booked appointments with an efficient route planner.
- Flexible working hours, typically 8:00am - 5:30pm.
- Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician in the motor trade.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
- Great communication & customer service skills.
