Commercial Workshop & Bodyshop Manager Vacancy in Nottingham
  • Basic: Circa £60,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
  • Overtime at enhanced rate available
We are looking for an experienced Workshop & Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our commercial vehicle workshop, including body shop and maintenance. You will lead and coach a team of Technicians, ensuring repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:

What we’re looking for:
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial vehicle repair and maintenance
  • NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds, ATA qualified or IRTEC licensed (desirable)
  • Bodyshop experience desired
  • Proven team leadership and coaching experience
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
