Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Aftersales Manager:
- Support the effective management of the dealerships' aftersales department, maximising resource utilization for optimal performance
- Provide a positive impression to a diverse customer base, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
- Work with customers ethically and professionally to develop long-term, profitable relationships
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate effectively to inform and support customers
- Act proactively to add value and support continuous service improvement
- Support colleagues with knowledge, skills, and expertise to enhance team performance and profitability
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance quality within the department
- Proven experience in after-sales, customer service, or related positions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of after-sales systems and processes is advantageous
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to service excellence
- Salary of up to £36,000 per year
