Reporting to our client's Mobile Service Manager, you will support a team of Mobile Service Vehicle Technicians to ensure they have the correct automotive parts for their jobs, return any unwanted or used parts to the correct location and process credits. You will be responsible for accurately pricing parts, maintaining stock levels, and monitoring inventory on vans.
To be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current vehicle parts experience, ideally working within a similar automotive environment, such as another motor factor business, a franchise-approved dealership or similar. You shall have sound telephone and communication skills, elementary knowledge of IT systems, given that you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system, and have evidence of customer management and development in a commercial environment. A UK driving licence is highly advantageous; however is non-essential.
This is a hybrid role working at our client's site 2 days per week and from home 3 days per week, so you will need to live within a sensible commutable distance to South Bristol. The first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full-time, and you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4.
