- Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repair of motorcycles to the highest standards within manufacturers’ specified times and company benchmarks
- Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently, then carry out repairs or advise on the best course of action
- Complete work thoroughly and effectively, ensuring all work is compliant with industry standards
- Identify future maintenance needs and provide customers with options to minimise costs through preventative servicing
- Report on vehicle conditions, faults, and servicing requirements to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude
- Apprenticeship certification, City & Guilds qualification or equivalent recognised qualification in motorcycle maintenance and repair
- Experience working on motorcycles, with a solid understanding of diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Supportive and proactive team player with a passion for motorcycles and quality workmanship
