Mobile Vehicle SMART Repair Technician to be based around the Kingston Upon Thames Area and the surrounding region. 

Are you a skilled Mobile SMART Repairer seeking an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a leading and award-winning mobile vehicle SMART repair company operating across the UK, is looking to recruit a dedicated Mobile SMART Repairer to join their team covering the Kingston Upon Thames area and surrounding regions. This role offers a competitive starting salary, great earning potential, and the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic environment.

Benefits

  • Starting salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Performance-related bonus scheme with potential earnings of over £55,000 annually
  • Overtime available paid at £150 per half-day or £300 per full day
  • 30 days annual leave, including bank holidays

  • Work Monday to Friday, 45 hours a week, with one Saturday per month (paid as overtime)

Duties

  • Carrying out minor cosmetic repairs on vehicles at customer locations, including bumper scuffs, chipped alloys, and paint imperfections
  • Achieving a high first-time fix rate to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working independently using company equipment and supplies
  • Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach when representing the company
  • Managing your schedule efficiently across the Kingston Upon Thames region with pre-arranged appointments 
  • Ensuring all repairs meet quality standards and health and safety guidelines
Candidate spec

  • Previous experience as a SMART Repairer, mobile or workshop-based, preferred
  • Relevant transferable skills in vehicle re-spraying, filling, and preparation
  • Proactive, self-motivated with good organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid UK driving licence is essential
