We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid technical background and strong customer service skills to progress their career within the motor trade. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in service advising, preferably with a prestige or franchise dealership experience, and be confident in managing customer relations and workshop operations.
Our Client is offering the successful Senior Service Advisor:
- Up to £45,000 OTE
- Monday to Friday working hours 8am - 5.30pm
- NO Weekends
- Profit sharing scheme with a percentage of the service department’s revenue from day one

Duties of the Senior Service Advisor:
- Delivering exceptional customer service as a Senior Service Advisor
- Managing customer bookings and vehicle repairs efficiently
- Using the Titan system (similar to Kerridge) to complete detailed job records
- Advising customers on vehicle repairs and service options
- Promoting additional services to maximise workshop profitability
- Working closely with technicians and the workshop team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and retention
- Carrying out stock checks and helping with administrative duties when required
- Supporting the team in a busy, small business environment
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Service Advisor, ideally within the prestige or franchise sector
- Strong technical background, ideally with technician or technical experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Stable employment history with at least four years in similar roles
- Familiarity with Titan or Kerridge systems
- Professional attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
- Organised, reliable, and adaptable to varied working hours including Saturdays and occasional early finishes
- Steady employment history and a proactive approach to career development
