Reporting to the Sales Managers and working with a friendly accounts/administration team in a state-of-the-art office facility, as a Vehicle Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing proactive support to our client's vehicle sales and management teams in the function of processing sales to the point of delivery. This will include vehicle registration and taxation via AFRL, raising invoices, maintaining vehicle files, and checking and preparing reports for internal and external use, alongside other ad-hoc administration duties.
Whilst current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator would be highly beneficial, our client is also open to candidates from outside the motor trade with a similar administration-oriented background who are looking to undertake a new challenge. The successful individual would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills and excellent organisational skills, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge preferred).
