Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new opportunity within a busy, well-established dealership? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable volume main dealership in Exeter, Devon, for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team. Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Providing excellent customer service and managing customer queries efficiently
  • Scheduling vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance appointments
  • Coordinating with workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Arranging courtesy vehicles when necessary to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Invoicing completed work and processing payments accurately
  • Achieving dealership targets and key performance indicators
  • Building strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Confident communicators with a professional phone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
  • Computer literate and familiar with relevant dealership systems
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
