The responsibilities of a Panel Beater / Multiskilled Technician will include:
  • Restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, including panel replacements and repairs
  • Car bodywork repairs, operations, and finishing to high standards
  • Undertaking mechanical, electrical, and general repair tasks as required
  • Assessing vehicle damage and determining the most effective repair methods
  • Working in line with manufacturer standards and safety protocols
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet productivity and quality targets
The ideal individual for the Panel Beater / Multiskilled Technician role will possess:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Body Repair Technician, or Multiskilled Technician within accident repair
  • Strong body repair skills and experience with panel alignment and filler work
  • Knowledge of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems is advantageous
  • Welding experience is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Relevant NVQ, ATA, or equivalent qualifications are desirable; support is available to achieve or renew certifications
  • Full UK driving licence
