- Completing damage estimates and work in a timely manner to meet company and manufacturer standards
- Maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensuring the quality and professionalism of all work reflects the company's high standards
- Proven background as an Estimator or VDA, ideally within a dealership or accident repair centre environment
- ATA accreditation is preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Motivated with a desire to develop skills and knowledge in vehicle reparations
- Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Effective communicator with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
