An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy aftersales operation in the Aberdeen area. This is a key position supporting both workshop and retail customers in ensuring accurate parts supply, efficient service, and strong product knowledge.

This site handles high volumes and offers ongoing manufacturer training, career development, and great earning potential for the right individual.

What’s Needed of the Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience in a motor trade parts environment
  • Confident advising customers on parts requirements (internal & external)
  • Able to process and manage parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills – both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Comfortable using DMS/stock systems and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and well-organised, with a professional customer approach
  • Valid UK driving licence preferred

  • Up to £29,000 basic depending on experience

  • Monday–Friday shifts between 8:00–17:00 (possible 14:00–23:00 option)

  • Manufacturer training and parts system development
