Bodyshop Prep Technician Required for Accident Repair Centre 
  • Pay: £18 Depending on experience 
  • Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday optional 1 hour overtime per day  Exciting Opportunity for a Bodyshop Prepper in Northfleet
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bodyshop Prepper to join a reputable accident repair centre in Northfleet. This position offers the chance to work in a dedicated workshop environment with great prospects for those with a passion for vehicle preparation and restoration. As a Bodyshop Prepper, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before they leave the workshop.

  • Competitive hourly rate of £18 depending on experience
  • Full-time hours with potential for overtime from 8am to 6pm

Duties as a Bodyshop Prepper will include:
  • Prepare vehicles meticulously, including masking and vehicle preps
  • Carry out polishing and paint correction work when required
  • Support with alloy wheel refurbishment and SMART repairs if qualified
  • Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
  • Assist with vehicle masking, sanding, and finishing processes
  • Work efficiently to meet workshop deadlines
Requirements that the Bodyshop Prepper will need:
  • Experienced Bodyshop Prepper with a strong background in vehicle preparation
  • Skilled in vehicle masking, polishing, and paint rectification
  • Knowledge of SMART repair procedures and alloy wheel refurbishment is advantageous
  • Reliable and committed with attention to detail
  • Able to work flexible hours including occasional overtime if needed
  • Previous experience in an accident repair environment is preferred
