- Position: Fast-Fit Centre Manager
- Location: Corby
- Basic Salary: Up to £38,000 + Bonus
- Monday to Friday working with Saturdays on a rota
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused Fast-Fit Centre Manager to lead a busy, high-performing centre in Corby.
Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, driving business performance, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall performance and daily operations of the centre
- Coordinate workloads to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of business objectives
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver excellent service
- Maintain high standards of customer care and satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and company standards
- Uphold presentation standards and lead by example
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a management role within retail and/or automotive environments
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and performance
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team effectively
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high service standards
- Experience managing operations, compliance, and centre standards
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 9 points)
