  • Basic Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 + Bonus
  • Monday to Friday working with Saturdays on a rota 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on, driven and commercially aware Assistant Fast-Fit Manager to join a busy and growing automotive Service Centre in Corby.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong technical or mechanical background who is looking to step into, or further develop within, a leadership position. You’ll play a key responsibility in supporting the Centre Manager with the day-to-day running of the operation while helping to drive performance and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities as an Assistant Centre Manager will include:
  • Support the Centre Manager in the daily operation of the site
  • Assist in leading and motivating the team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
  • Provide hands-on support within the workshop when required
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered at all times
  • Monitor and manage stock levels effectively
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
  • Help drive sales, productivity, and overall centre performance
Requirements that the Assistant Centre Manager will need:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership position, within automotive or fast-fit
  • Strong mechanical or technical knowledge
  • Comfortable supporting technicians on the workshop floor when needed
  • A confident communicator with the ability to coach and develop others
  • Commercially aware with a focus on achieving targets and maximising opportunities
  • Good understanding of health & safety requirements
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
