Our client, a well-respected family-owned business, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to support their busy service department.

Duties:
  • Greeting customers and managing their vehicle service bookings efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service whilst explaining vehicle repairs and service requirements
  • Liaising with technicians and the service manager to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
  • Maintaining accurate service records and ensuring all related paperwork is completed promptly
  • Upselling additional services where appropriate to maximise customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
  • Following the established customer service process to deliver a seamless experience for clients
Requirements as a Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade or a related position, such as customer service or front of house.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident in using basic computer and tablet-based systems
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver excellent customer care
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Keen eye for detail with a professional and diligent approach to your work
