- Salary: Up to £25-35,000 per annum, pending experience, plus a bonus scheme based on conversion and upsell.

Whilst each day is going to be different, our client is looking for someone to proactively contact customers post-sale at key intervals (1, 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 months and beyond) to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships to retain customers; they have a large database with around 4,500 converted customers on it. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell additional products relevant to customers’ post sale, and pre-delivery, to reconnect with prospective customers who previously did not convert, to generate new business, and lastly to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive Google reviews to enhance the company’s online reputation.
This is a new role for our client; the roles' responsibilities and focus points could develop over time based on the successful Customer Experience Executive's attributes coming to light. Alongside this, the successful Customer Experience Executive role has scope to grow into something much larger as the business develops, therefore making this role very exciting.
Our client requires the successful Customer Experience Executive to have a great telephone manner, ideally from a stable customer experience/customer service role. A working background in upselling and converting would be advantageous, also. Our client is based just off the A470, so the ability to commute to the area is required, making it an advantage to have a full driving license.
