  • 5 day working week across Monday to Saturday
Are you an experienced Sales Executive looking to take the next step in your automotive career? We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Executive to join a busy dealership team in Penryn. If you thrive on building customer relationships, closing sales and enjoy working in a vibrant environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum
  • Uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of £45,000

  • Access to a large stock of over 600 vehicles including new and approved used cars
Duties of a Sales Executive will include:
  • Engage with customers in-person and online to deliver an exceptional buyer experience
  • Handle showroom visits, telephone enquiries and digital leads proactively
  • Prospect for new business through a variety of channels
  • Conduct test drives to help customers find their ideal vehicle
  • Assist customers with finance options and arrange Part Exchange valuations
  • Present attractive site and stock displays to maximise sales opportunities
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and organisation within the dealership
Requirements that the Sales Executive will neeed:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade
  • A positive, proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build customised sales packages based on customer needs
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Motivated and target-driven with a desire to succeed
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
