  • Volume Main Dealer
  • Basic salary of up to £25k, OTE up to £45k
  • 5 day working week, spread across Monday to Saturday
We are currently seeking a dedicated Car Sales Executive to join a well-established dealership in Hayle, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to build a successful career in the automotive sales industry. Whether you are an experienced sales professional or looking to progress from a trainee position, this role offers genuine prospects for growth and development.

Benefits of the Car Sales Executive vacancy:
  • Competitive basic salary up to £25,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped OTE of approximately £45,000
  • Dealing with both new and used vehicle sales including on-site used cars and the rapidly growing non-franchise Select business
  • Opportunities to develop your skills within a supportive team environment
  • Working five days a week, including Saturdays, with potential Sunday openings during summer months
  • Structured working hours from 0900 to 1800 with a maximum five-day rota
Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions
  • Sell new vehicles for the brand showroom and used vehicles across the site
  • Contribute to achieving team sales targets through effective customer service
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on the latest models
  • Manage sales processes from initial contact to handover, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Assist in building long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Requirements:
  • Experience in automotive sales is preferred but not essential; training and support are available
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for sales
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop within a busy dealership environment
  • Valid UK driving licence
