Our reputable client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop in Christchurch, Dorset.

What's On Offer?
- Competitive basic salary of £39,000 plus performance bonus
- OTE potential of up to £45,000 per year
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:15 am to 5:15 pm + one in four Saturday mornings
- Friendly and professional team environment
- Opportunity for career progression into managerial workshop roles
- Carry out vehicle inspections and diagnosis on a variety of makes and models
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Perform MOT testing as a beneficial but not essential qualification
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Accurately document work completed and communicate findings with customers
- Maintain workshop tidiness and uphold health and safety standards
- Assist in mentoring less experienced team members where required
- Solid technical skills with experience working as a Vehicle Technician
- Ideally at diagnostic level, with Level 3 light vehicle maintenance NVQ or equivalent
- MOT licence would be beneficial but is not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Enthusiastic and eager to develop technical skills further
