Duties:
- Perform routine servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles, including electric models with training provided
- Carry out MOT tests and ensure adherence to safety and manufacturer standards
- Identify faults accurately and implement effective repairs
- Interpret technical information and carry out repairs efficiently
- Conduct road tests to diagnose issues and test completed repairs
- Fit accessories and carry out personal inspection on new and used vehicles
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to fixing vehicles on the first visit
- Follow health and safety, warranty, and company procedures
- Communicate technical information clearly and maintain high standards of workmanship
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum of four years’ experience working within a workshop environment
- Knowledge of routine servicing and mechanical repairs
- Strong diagnostic skills, with a Level 3 Technician qualification
- MOT accreditation or willingness to achieve it
- Honest, with high integrity and excellent team collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes
- Committed to continuous technical development and learning
