- Competitive basic salary up to £37,000, with a realistic OTE of up to £40,000 including bonuses and overtime
- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm with some flexibility and no weekend work

- Conducting servicing, mechanical repairs, and routine maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Performing MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards
- Assisting with repairs such as cambelts, clutches, and engine diagnostics
- Maintaining detailed and clear records of work carried out and communicating test results to customers
- Working within health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in automotive repair
- Proven experience working on multiple vehicle makes and models, including vans and fleet vehicles
- MOT testing certification or willingness to train
- Full UK driving licence with a clean record preferred
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Enthusiastic attitude towards ongoing professional development and learning
- Ability to work efficiently within a team and support colleagues
