We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for the position of Sales Manager (Parts Telesales). This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated sales team, drive business growth, and develop your career within a recognised industry-leading company.

As the Sales Manager (Parts Telesales), you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Parts Sales Representatives to achieve and surpass sales targets. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, build strong relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities to sustain continued growth.

Duties as a Parts Sales Manager will include:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Monitor and review team performance against KPIs, implementing corrective measures where required
  • Develop and execute sales and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends, analysing competitor activity
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing coaching and development
  • Foster strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and maintains high levels of professionalism
  • Collaborate with management to ensure smooth delivery of service and operational efficiency
  • Use all business systems accurately and consistently, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal regulations
Requirements that the Parts Sales Manager will need:
  • Proven experience managing a sales team within a B2B environment, ideally within automotive parts or telesales
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • High level of IT literacy, proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Interested in the automotive industry or related trade sectors
