Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new challenge within the automotive industry? We are currently recruiting for a skilled Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership based in Roche. Duties of a Service Advisor will include:
  • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service
  • Book and organise vehicle service appointments efficiently
  • Advise customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements
  • Prepare and review service invoices, ensuring accuracy
  • Upsell additional services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and workshop logs
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle handovers
Requirements that the Service Advisor will need:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade or automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and products is preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
