Are you an experienced Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician seeking a new opportunity to showcase your skills? Our client in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire is recruiting for a Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician to join their professional team. Our Client is offering the Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician:
  • £36,000 Basic Salary / £42,000 OTE
  • 40 Hour Week Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / Saturday Morning Rota
  • Prestige Car Main Dealer Bodyshop Environment
  • Fantastic Workshop Facilities
  • Previous Cosmetic Repair / Smart Repair Experience Required
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities

Duties of the Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician:
  • Carrying out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing and fitting parts to damaged vehicles
  • Acting as a multi-skilled Cosmetic Repair Technician undertaking all aspects of repairs as required
  • Working effectively as part of a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians
  • Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer repair guidelines and high standards
  • Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols and using PPE at all times
Experienced Required of the Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician:
  • Prior experience as a Bodyshop or Cosmetic Smart Repair Technician is essential
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and high standards
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Experience working with specific vehicle brands is advantageous but not essential—training will be provided
