Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a new opportunity to develop your career within a reputable dealership?

Our client is currently looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians to join their busy Blackburn workshop. This is a fantastic chance to utilise your skills in a professional environment that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £28,000 to £43,000 depending on experience and qualifications
  • Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of up to £52,500 including productivity and time saved bonuses
  • Full-time, permanent position with regular working hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, plus one in three Saturday mornings
  • Manufacturer accredited training schemes and hybrid & electric training to support your professional growth
  • Ongoing support from experienced management and a committed team environment
Duties:
  • Carrying out vehicle health checks and pre-delivery inspections on new and used vehicles
  • Performing routine servicing and repairs following manufacturer guidelines
  • Fitting additional accessories as requested by customers
  • Completing minor repairs and electrical/mechanical diagnoses
  • Conducting road tests to ensure all faults are correctly identified and resolved
  • Accurately completing all workshop documentation and relevant paperwork
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, ideally within a dealership environment
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification essential
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, with a keen eye for detail and high standards of work
  • Ability to carry out basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis
  • Experience working with brands is advantageous but not essential, as full brand training will be provided
