- Contribute to the overall success and smooth operation of the dealership department
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to meet short, medium, and long-term goals
- Foster a positive team environment ensuring staff motivation and engagement are maintained
- Maintain a focus on delivering a seamless, efficient service experience for all customers
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a busy automotive dealership
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of manufacturer processes, DVSA regulations, and health & safety standards
- Digital proficiency with the ability to adopt new systems quickly
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to analyse performance data and implement strategies for improvement
- Full UK driving licence is preferred
